Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, Soap and Shampoo bars are non-returnable. Also, anything downloaded. If you buy a piece of painted glass and it is broken in shipping. Just send me a picture of it broken and you will get a full refund.
