Why handmade
Every batch is a little different.
Colour comes from herbs, micas, pumpkin, and turmeric rather than dyes, so the bar you get may be a shade off the photo. That is the point.
Ingredients you can read.
Tallow, lard, coconut and castor oil, goat milk, honey, oatmeal. Each listing prints the full recipe, and some bars use nothing but essential oils for scent.
A proper bar, priced fairly.
Four to five ounces for $6.50, made in small batches in Holland, New York. Buy six and shipping is on the house.
Beyond the bar
Made to order: gifts and Bills gear
Same studio, different craft
Sarah also paints.
Before the soap there were the paintings: florals, beaches, and the landscapes of Western New York in oil, pastel, and monoprint. Every painting has a story.
